About Rupa

Rupa practicing yoga since she was six year old. She has Over 10 years’ experience as Artistic Yoga performer. The reason behind to start the Yoga at an early age was because of a blood circulation problem in the veins of my head. At that small age she used to suffer regular headaches, fits and other nerve problems because unavailability of the treatment. The Doctors advised her parents to let her practice Yoga the only optimistic cure for such nerve diseases. That’s how Rupa started her Yoga Journey and after being perfectly cured within a year, it became her habit and now a passion. Yoga has done amazing things to her body and she wants to contribute to the well-being of the other peoples through the Science and Art of Yoga which I have learned so far
